第一条 合同对象
依据____年____月____日双方签订的关于合作的协议，在售方国国境车上交货条件下售方售出，购方购入货物，其数量、种类、价格及交货期均按第____号附件办理，该附件为本合同不可分割的部分。

第二条 价格
本合同所售出货物的价格以________计算，此项价格系卖方国国境车上交货，包括包皮、包装和标记费在内。
第三条 品质

第四条 供货期

第五条 标记
