1.在9月24日陈校长组织全体英语教师参加了全省的uc教研活动，在活动中，教师们能认真听记，并能根据自我的实际状况谈收获和困惑，有比较强的实效性，另外我们的英语教师刘凤彩和王艳华能在每周三都准时参加uc英语教研，期望其他有条件的英语教师也常来学习，只要坚持，相信会有很大的收获的。

2.10月8日我们组的吴春明教师代表镇里参加了分片教研活动，他是一名新英语教师，没有教学经验但勇于承担本次教研活动课，争取葛教师亲自指导的机会，这种精神是值得我们其他的英语教师学习的。透过这次活动吴教师展示了自我，同时我们看到了兄弟学校教师的精彩的课堂教学，又有葛教师的典评和指导，使我们对小学的英语教学思路有了明确的认识，全组的教师会继续努力完善自我的课堂教学。
