一、培训工作情况

培训课程主要集中为以下几类:

2、重点培训:软件测试、开发及管理、cmmi3;

3、新员工岗前培训

二、培训费用

20xx年培训费用总计为22397.50元,费用均为下半年,因上半年没有做培训成本这一项。

三、培训工作分析

(一)取得的成绩:

2、建立制度性培训体系。以往,公司培训工作缺乏系统性制度,培训管理幅度和力度很弱,培训资金无保证,员工培训意识差,培训工作开展十分困难。今年质量管理部投入大量精力,在总结了以往公司培训经验的基础上,优化培训管理流程,完善教育培训制度。重点加强了培训需求分析和培训项目审批流程,在多次征求各单位意见后,全面提升公司培训工作的制度化管理。

(二)存在的问题和不足

四、改进措施

(一)有利条件

(二)具体措施

1、 作好培训基础工作

《培训管理程序文件》虽已发布,在具体执行过程中一定还会遇到各种困难,还需要我们的不断总结和及时调整。在具体工作流程上还需要进一步理顺,在管理制度上还需要多方面补充。还要进一步加强培训资料的收集和培训器材的配置,加强相关工作人员的专业素质培训。

2、建立培训资源网络,进一步丰富企业培训资源。
