我认为，做好前台工作，除了外貌和体形外，最重要的有两点。

一是良好的沟通能力。前台是接待工作，要和人打交道，在学校里，我曾担任过司仪，负责过演出以及会议的接待工作;

二是耐心和细心，因为前台工作人员要接触的是各种各样的客户，客户的态度、语言、素质也是不同的，面对各种情况的出现，只有耐心以及细心的对待客户，才能够很好的与客户沟通，才能够解决问题;

三是技术的熟练，也就是在工作过程中对银行软件等操作的熟练，我没有过银行的工作经验，但是我相信自己对软件等操作的学习和掌控能力。综上所述，我认为自己能够胜任的营销服务这项工作。

When I hear someone is talking Japanese/Russian, I am intoxicated with the sound as I was listening to music. It's my dream to master this language for many years. I am glad to have this chance to realize my dream. Big brothers and big sisters who had been in colleges told me that study is actually to acquire the ability of learning. The knowledge I have learned in college and the 6year's working lead me to a person with strong responsiblity and high working efficiency. besides, i am ambicious and flexible.
