一、自我介绍

我，骨髓里带点野性。儿时一直向往着军旅生活，记得读高中时曾与一帮兄弟信誓旦旦：绝不读师范，决不当老师!不是歧视教师职业，只是认为教书压根就不适合自己。然而高考的失意与家庭的原因却使我作出了人生中最无奈的选择--教书育人。98年大学毕业，19岁的我，年少轻狂，却令人难以置信地在孝道面前选择了顺从，依然清楚地记得第一天回母校报到时的情景，父母满心欢喜，而我，内心懊恼。就这样，在家人，尤其是祖母灿烂的笑容中，我心不甘，情不愿地走上了讲台。我在自己的日志中写道：悲哀!十几年的寒窗我居然没能走出教室，不同的是：以前坐着，现在站着......

看着自己的教育教学成绩，回顾自己的付出与所得，心里不免不时地惆怅，也曾想过放弃。但想着自己收获的师生情结，硬是坚持了下来。从开始的150--147--157--155--167--186，到去年的185，每一届我都可以找一个词来描述自己的心路历程：150--懵懂无助、147--欲罢不能、155--多云转晴、157--得心应手、167--心有灵犀、186—中途逆转，185--轻车熟路。06年我开始体验成功的快乐，所带的高二理科157班全期五次月考，五次优胜，且一直以较大优势领先年级第二名，兄弟班级不无望尘莫及的感慨;07年转战高三文科，所带155班高考一炮走红，学校文科状元、上线人数年级最多;08年高一年级部主任，中途接管186班，彻底改观186一盘散沙的局面，深得学校领导好评;09年高二年级部主任兼185班主任，创造四中历史，整个一年，高二囊括所有常规评价优秀班级荣誉称号，学校次年修改评价方案(分年级进行评比);所带班级被评为长沙市优秀班级;学考仅有一位学生一科挂科;10年高三年级部主任，目前态势良好，常规优秀，成绩稳步提升。

有失还有得，在班主任这个舞台上我能自信地说自己成熟了许多，单从这一点我还得感谢我的学生。除此之外，我脑海里已经珍藏了太多真诚的笑脸。每每情绪低落的时候，总会有学生给你一个短信、一张卡片、几句留言，几句寒暄......我便似乎很知足了。尤其是业已毕业的学生，他们更懂事，好像都很怀旧，经常通过各种方式向我叙述他们的成或败、喜与乐。

我一直认为学生是单纯的，老师的爱应该是真诚的。因为真诚，才

显关爱。多年来我与学生之间的故事太多，我就随意挑一个和大家分享吧。(__QQ空间故事)去年的一天晚上7:00，高三全体老师会议，就在开会的前几分钟，正当我忙于准备开会资料的时候，186的一位男生神色紧张地跑到办公室说要找我说点事。在走廊上，他结结巴巴地告诉我放在寝室里的钱被盗了，近两千元--下周到长沙体育培训的费用。我一听也懵了。但因为要主持会议，只好简单地安慰了几句，叮嘱他先到保卫处王主任那里详细说明一下情况。电话告知王主任后，我忐忑不安地走进了会议室。整个会议过程我心里都在打鼓，20__块对于一位学生来讲毕竟不是一个小数目，无论是失钱者还是盗钱者都让我心里难安。更何况被盗的男生性格内向，脾气冲动。9:30会议终于结束。我急匆匆地找到王主任了解情况，基本上能确认是本寝室同学所为，却也无可奈何，因为找不到确凿的证据，而且即使有证据我们又能做什么呢?学生差不多都已经熄灯睡觉了，我和王主任、班主任商量还是先到寝室与所有同学谈心。我压着自己略显焦虑的心情，心平气和地引导他们权衡眼前与未来、金钱与品质的关系，劝诫那位因一时糊涂而犯错的同学能知错就改，将钱归还。次日早晨早操以后我再次对该寝室的同学做思想工作，同组的老师给出了一个很好的建议--给犯错者创设一个“台阶”。仔细商讨了所有的细节后，我们便开始了一次找钱洗心的行动，先准备好

10个信封，按人民币大小裁好若干纸条，每个信封分装20张纸条，统一发到每位寝室成员手中。讲清道理后要求他们按床位编号依次单独进入寝室逗留5分钟，最后约定时间统一将信封封好交到一个纸箱内“恐怕没什么作用”，心急的班主任满脸狐疑拆封了，一封，两封，三封突然，班主任的脸上露出了欣慰的笑容，“有了!一千七百元。”办公室的老师都开心地笑了。我更有些兴奋和激动。成功了!心中有一股强烈的想表扬学生的冲动，我拿起笔，随意在笔记本上写下了这样一段文字：

我是一名下岗女工。1992年因为单位人事改革，我下岗了。这一下，就让我足足在家呆了十年，十年的庸庸碌碌让我已经从当年意气风发的青年，蜕变成了一名只知道围着锅台转的家庭妇女，这十年的韶光褪尽了我一身的锐气，也让我过早地进入了中年。可就在20xx年，金叶大酒店因即将开业，向社会招聘下岗人员，这个消息象一阵春风唤醒了我对工作的渴望，在得到家人的支持和理解后，我毅然报名了。幸运的是，金叶的大门垂青了我，接纳了我这个呆在家里十年的下岗工人，虽然当时的工种只是一名保洁员，可当我得知自己被录取了的那一刻，我激动不已，我兴奋万分，因为我似乎又找到了我生命里的第二个春天，找到了证明自己生存价值的空间！

记得当初来到金叶大酒店的时候，我也曾经因为自己是临时工的事实而灰心过、迷惘过。众所周知，临时工是一个弱势群体，在社会上一听说是临时工，人的眼光似乎都有所不同，起初我也有这样的担心，可我们部门经理智慧敏大姐的一番话拨去了我心头的乌云，她说：职业不分贵贱，不论你是不是正式的，只要你感觉你做的工作能让你开心就是一种价值，而且在金叶大酒店象我们这种临时工可有好几百人呢！后来我才得知，金叶大酒店的成立解决了全市近三百人的再就业大难题，可以毫不夸张地说，这里其实就是下岗工人第二次革命的大熔炉。

我在金叶大酒店许多保洁岗位工作过，譬如，大厅保洁员。大厅作为酒店的窗口，每天都要接待四面八方的客人，我的工作就是把大厅的卫生搞好，茶几上的烟灰缸、角落里的小烟头、地面上的污渍，似乎都是我的敌人，一发现就会被我毫不留情地消灭掉。大家不要以为，保洁员的工作就是扫扫地抹抹灰，其实不然，大家不要小看了保洁员，因为在我们的身上也有闪光的地方，也有一颗金子般的心。记得有一次我正在电梯门口打扫卫生，这时从电梯出来一位跛脚老人，他因为行动不方便，想请我帮他到总台去退房，我二话没说就答应了，并迅速办好了退房手续，他为了表示感谢，从钱包里抽出一百元给我做小费，却被我谢绝了：这是我应该做的！老人向我投来了赞许的目光。客人有问询时，我耐心解答；客人有需要时，我热忱帮助，尽自己的所能让每一个来金叶大酒店的客人都能感觉到家的温暖，就是我最大的心愿。

时光飞逝，如今，三年过去了，我也成为一名有经验的保洁员了，在我身边涌现了不少的先进人物、先进事迹，他们那种对待工作认真负责、勤勤恳恳、尽职尽责的态度，在这三年来也始终在激励着我，不断积极向上，奋力进取。不管我是做内勤、还是搞后勤，我都始终抱着一种认认真真、扎扎实实的态度来对待本职工作，并逐渐在工作中发现了一种乐趣，体验到了一种人生的价值。虽然，这三年来，我所做的.工作都是很普通、很平凡的，在工作的过程中，我也遇到过一些挫折和失败，也经历过一些迷惘和失落，但在三年的工作实践中，我真实地体验到了工作着是美丽的这样一句话。

也许，有些人会对我说的这句话嗤之以鼻，感到不可思议，认为我是在说大话、吹牛皮。但这却是我最真实的感觉。我们都听说过这样一个故事，说有人问三个砌砖工人：你们在做什么？第一个工人说：我正在砌砖。第二个工人说：我正在赚钱。第三个工人却说：我正在建造世界上最富有特色的房子。故事的结果就是到了最后，前两个工人还是普普通通的砌砖工人，而第三个工人却成了伟大的建筑师。人们通过这个故事，无非是想讽刺前两种人胸无大志，所以一事无成。而赞美第三种人有远大的理想，所以能够成就大业。但我对这个故事却另有一种看法：这个世界需要好的建筑师，同样也需要好的砌砖工人。这个世界有伟大的建筑师，同样也会有伟大的砌砖工人。伟大的工作需要人来做，平凡的工作也同样需要有人来做。很难想象，如果这个世界上光有建筑师，没有砌砖工人，那些漂亮的高楼大厦怎么能够被建造起来呢？
