“My name is Li Jiatong.”榆林高新小学的操场上传来阵阵英语朗诵声。咦，这是怎么回事呢？原来是学校在举行英语演讲比赛呢！20 年9月12日，对我来说，非常难忘。不仅因为我参加了这次英语演讲比赛，更重要的是我战胜了自己。

比赛之前，老师问大家谁愿意参加比赛，同学们都积极举手，踊跃参加。我也好想参加比赛，可是怕自己演讲得不好，没有勇气举手。这时，老师好像看出了我的心思，问我：“李佳桐，你想参加吗？”我低声说：“老师，我想参加，可是我怕演讲不好。”老师说：“没关系，重在参与嘛，越是胆怯，越要锻炼自己。”于是我报了名。

回到家里，我就开始天天对着镜子练习演讲，不放过一个细节。真是“台上一分钟，台下十年功”。经过我的`不懈努力，我终于能大方自然熟练地演讲了。

星期四下午，比赛正式开始了，我穿着漂亮的白纱裙来到赛场。首先是高年级的大哥哥大姐姐们演讲，他们演讲的十分精彩，给了我很大的压力。马上就要轮到我了，我心里别提有多紧张了，手心直冒冷汗。这时，一双温暖的大手搭在我的肩上，原来是老师。老师亲切地对我说：“别紧张，老师相信你。”我一下子放松了许多。

I think the creativity roots in imagination. Albert Einstein said that imagination is important than knowledge. Because we should creative a thing that is never appeared, we need to image. Use all the things and information around us to think and then go to achieve it. Without the imagination of the Wright brothers ， human could not complete the flying dreams. how to alleviate our pressure in an effective way? how to weaken the effects of stress?

second, eat a healthy diet. well-nourished bodies are better prepared to cope with stress, so be mindful of what you eat.

ok. let’s begin with the last point, the markets. we have make a larger which is european, a european type beer and sales have increased a lot over the last year. but, the production has actually dropped a little over the last few years, although profits have actually held up.

so, we need to change the corporate image. in the eyes of the public, a clearly defined company image is the identity of the company. it reflects the quality of their product or service. so, a good company image enhances public recognition and increased popularity will translate into great trading volume and profits.

we need to consider these items when changing our company image. marketing communications, pricing strategy, sales strategy, customer service, publicity and promotions.
