不知不觉来“蓝天”已经整整一年了，这是我毕业后的第一份工作。对于我这样一个刚刚毕业入职、没有绝对优势的人而言，初入社会难免会有些手足无措。学校的光环渐渐褪却，面对一个个陌生人怀疑的眼神，不禁想起了《肖申克的救赎》中，狱友们面对男主人公不怀好意的欢迎词：“嘿，又来了一个菜鸟!”初入职场的我是一只菜鸟。我是一只菜鸟，但是我很勇敢。不论是否做好了准备，工作毕竟开始了，有欢笑也有汗水，有付出也有收获。

校办的工作，虽然繁杂，但却充实。这里团结友爱，这里有着满满的正能量。从刚开始做设计，到现在精员合岗，工作重新划分，大部分的工作都能得心应手。在领导的细心栽培和同事们的热情帮助下，我迅速地成长起来。当然，还有自己的努力。
