高考与成功没有必然关系，或者说大学层次如何与成功没有必然关系。

一个简单的道理，社会的杰出人才不都是清华北大毕业的。

大家熟知的马云就是杭州师范学院毕业的。我自己也是安庆师范学院毕业的，而我的同事一般都是安徽师范大学毕业的。我在这所学校教书也挺好，并不比他们差到哪里去。

客观上说，一个人成功需要多方面因素。从个人自身因素来看，我认为自身的非智力因素远远超过智力因素。我个人认为成功需要三个条件，一是主动，二是坚持，三是规划。

我走到现在，与这三点有密不可分的关系。从这三点来看，没有哪一点与智力因素有关，与所上的大学有任何关系。

实际上，即使上同一所大学，经过四年学习结果也不一样。大家都知道经过高中三年的学习，高考的结果不同。大学相比较高中，自由度更大，形成的差异相应会更大。同样是上大学，有的同学是在网吧呆了四年，有的在读书馆呆了四年，还有的同学发传单发了四年。有的同学成了人才，有的同学成了木材。

现在社会，很多岗位是没有什么专业需求的。我老婆原来在行政服务中心，其主要工作就是审核盖章。这样的工作，我感觉一个初中生读都能够完成。这时候态度就很重要了。我个人理解，专业性强的，大学比较好的侧重于专业水平，专业性不强，大学不怎么样的侧重于综合素质。如果从事的是高科技的专业技术类的，也许只需要专业素质强就行了，一般的大学就要注重个人非智力因素的提升。

所以，高考与成功没有多大关系，大学的层次与成功也没有必然联系。高考仅仅是人生的开始，而不是结束。千万不能把自己未来的几十年时间用现在十几年的时间来决定输赢。人生的路还很长，能够改变的还很多。

更重要的是拥有一颗积极上进的心，不断学习、完善自我，找到自己的兴趣，做自己喜欢的事情，做对别人对社会有用的事情，成功必将属于你!

every one of us, rich or poor, should at least have one or two good friends. my friends will listen to me when i want to speak, will wipe my eyes when i cry, will take care of me when i am sick, and my friends will go together with me side by side through this journey of life.

as students, we could share more time with our friends. the friendship in our young hearts is pure, fresh and simple. i often feel very lucky to have a lot of good friends. especially when i had justin as one of my best friends. justin was my english teacher from the usa. i met him in 1996 when i was a student who could only speak very little english. justin was a vivid young man with a bright smile on his face, and he always had his special way to make the class active and attractive. he taught us english by telling stories, playing games, singing songs, and even dancing. i could still remember very clearly that one afternoon when we fin-ished our class, we went to some other classes to sing songs for them, just like what people do in the states on christmas eve. it was so interesting and unforgettable. justin was an excellent teacher, because he taught us not only how to study english well, but also the way to find out the beauty of the world and the way to be angels to others' lives. i know there was friendship and pure love in our hearts. facing this valuable emotion neither nationality nor age was important, the real importance lay in faith, under-standing, and care. justin is the best friend i have ever had, and i know i will cherish those days of staying together with him as the best part of my memory.

friendship is a kind of treasure in our lives. it is actually like a bottle of wine, the longer it is kept, the sweeter it will be. it is also like a cup of tea. when we are thirsty, it will be our best choice, but when we have enough time to enjoy ourselves, it is also the most fragrant drink.

however, in this fast-developing modern society, the reality is not that. more and more people forget to enjoy the beauty of life and -the beauty of friendship. they work hard in order to gain a higher position, in the society and to earn more money for their work. of course, we don't deny that it is important to find a bet-ter place in our lives, but we wish more and more people could pay a little more attention to themselves and their friends. all of us have to spare some time for personal lives. we have to find the chance to express our emotion and love. when staying with our friends, we can release ourselves completely. we can do whatever we want, we can laugh together, talk together, and even cry to-gether. i should say that being together with our best friends is the most wonderful moment of our lives.

as we know, we would feel lonely if we didn't even have a friend. but it doesn't mean we could depend on our friends all the time. there is a famous motto saying that “a friend is like a quilt with cotton wadding, but the real thing that keeps you warm is your own temperature.” it is really true. we have to work hard together with our friends, encourage each other and help each other. when we receive love and friendship, we should repay as much as we can.

finally, let's pray together now that one day, all of us could find the person we want to find, and could enjoy a real beautiful friendship in our lives. let's pray the flower of friendship be-tween our friends and us would always bloom brightly in our hearts.

i have a dream

i am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.

five score years ago, a great american, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the emancipation proclamation. this momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. it came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.

but one hundred years later, the negro still is not free. one hundred years later, the life of the negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. one hundred years later, the negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. one hundred years later, the negro is still languished in the corners of american society and finds himself an exile in his own land. and so we've come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.

in a sense we've come to our nation's capital to cash a check. when the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the declaration of independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every american was to fall heir. this note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the "unalienable rights" of "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation, america has given the negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked "insufficient funds."

but we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. we refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. and so, we've come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.

we have also come to this hallowed spot to remind america of the fierce urgency of now. this is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. now is the time to make justice a reality for all of god's children.

it would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment. this sweltering summer of the negro's legitimate discontent will not pauntil there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. and those who hope that the negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to busineas usual. and there will be neither rest nor tranquility in america until the negro is granted his citizenship rights. the whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.

but there is something that i must say to my people, who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice: in the proceof gaining our rightful place, we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterneand hatred. we must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. we must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. again and again, we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.

the marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny. and they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.

we cannot walk alone.

and as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead.

we cannot turn back.

there are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, "when will you be satisfied?" we can never be satisfied as long as the negro is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of police brutality. we can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. we cannot be satisfied as long as a negro in mississippi cannot vote and a negro in new york believes he has nothing for which to vote. no, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until "justice rolls down like waters, and righteousnelike a mighty stream.

是啊，水，是如此重要!

水是生命之源。哪里有水，哪里就有生命。水分约占到人体体重的65%。一个人如果缺水5%，就会出现意识不清，甚至幻视;没有食物，人最多可以活两个月，如果没有水，顶多能活一周左右。水是庄稼的命根子。用手抓一把植物，你会感到湿漉漉的，凉丝丝的，这是水的缘故。水是工业的血液。制造1吨钢，大约需用25吨水。制造1吨纸需用450吨水。食品加工离不了水，酱油、醋、啤酒等，干脆就是水的化身。有水走遍天下，无水难成美景。水路运输便宜，运输量大，平稳，还是不会被炸断的运输线。你看，钱塘江大潮、珠穆朗玛雪峰、黄山的云海、哈尔滨的冰灯，哪一个不是水的换景变形?游泳、跳水、冲浪这些人们最乐意的活动，哪一个离得开水?

可是在一些缺水地区，能让孩子喝上一口净水、洗个澡，是众多母亲的奢望。一个老农用一根粗粗的绳子把一个七八岁大的孩子滑到深深的井底，为的只是一瓢一瓢舀上半桶略带泥沙的饮用水。农户在锅里烧开水的时候，锅的一圈竟然是泛白的碱性沉淀物。再看我们身边：哗哗的流水，为的是洗一块毛巾!烈日炎炎的夏天，当你舒舒服服地冲着凉水澡时，你所用的水是缺水地区几十人的一天的用水量;当你冲洗马桶时，一次的用水量当于发展中国家人均日用水量;当粗心的你没有拧紧水龙头，它一个晚上流失的水，相当于非洲缺水地区一个村庄的居民一天饮用水量……

同学们，没有电灯，我们可以点蜡烛;没有蜡烛，我们可以点油灯;没有油灯，我们可以点火把;连火把也没有，我们只好静静地等待黑夜过去，黎明的到来。而没有水，我们无法洗脸、刷牙，无法解渴，餐桌上没有了鱼虾，看不到花草树木，不知道什么叫游泳，船舰全部报废，高楼无法建，连小娃娃的哭也没有了眼泪啊!

首先，我要感谢英语组的长虹老师，晓娜老师，还有韩非老师。长虹老师忙前忙后为我争取了比赛名额，给予了我这次弥足珍贵机会。晓娜老师还有韩非老师一直陪我比完了两场比赛，为我加油鼓劲。难怪其他学校的选手听说我有老师陪着嫉妒地说你真幸福。哎，谁叫我是育明这个团结上进而又温暖的集体中的一员呢?

现在回首那一个星期马不停蹄的准备，心中升腾起一阵蓦然的温暖与幸福。尤记得晓娜老师利用自己的休息时间，一遍又一遍的听我背稿，又从网上下来海量问题与我练习即兴演讲这部分的比赛项目，让我在走上舞台时心中满溢着无比的自信。尤记得临赛前同学们澄澈的祝福，让我坚实而坦然地走好了每一步。

同时，我还要谢谢一直伴着我走过九年英语学习历程的我的母亲。是她的严格要求让我有了今天的成绩。从cctv英语演讲大赛的省优胜奖，到未来被英语演讲比赛特等奖，再到枫叶杯初中组金奖，从全国奥林匹克英语小学组全国二等奖，到全国奥林匹克初中组大连市第一名全国一等奖，到如今海附杯特等奖，都有她不可磨灭的功劳。遥想来，母亲付出了太多太多。小时候，在外面学英语。她担心我一个人在学校会害怕，会被人欺负(我从来都是和比我大很多的同学一起上课)，她便舍弃悠闲周末的时光，整个下午泡在外语学校里，经常一坐就是五六个小时。现在想来，心里总是有点酸涩的怅然，不知不觉又红了眼圈。甚至可以说，没有母亲的付出，就不会有我今天的辉煌。

换个话题把。谈到学习英语的体会和经验，我想说积累足够的词汇量是最重要的。词汇量大的英语学习者一般听说读写译每一项都很出色，词汇量小的人怎么听，怎么说，怎么写，怎么译都很难有实质性的飞跃。总有人问学英语有什么窍门，我回忆过去的路，想到的只有认认真真的学习和踏踏实实的慢慢进步。更多的人问学英语有什么方法，我觉得最重要的可能是随时叩问自己现在的方法有效吗，自己在进步吗。如果付出了汗水而没有收获果实，那就说明方法需要调整。我不想明确的描述一种或几种方法，应为我觉得大家应该各有不同的最适方法。但是方法永远只是形式，汗水才是真金子。最好的学生应该是既刻苦，又知道有效得刻苦的人。

每个人都有烦恼，它们就如又厚又重的书，压得我喘不过气来。作为一名中学生，我要告诉自己成绩不能差;能力要提高，随着成长步伐的到来，烦恼也日益增多。

在我成长的过程中，考试就是我的烦恼。我喜欢自由，每当快到考试的时候，我就像一个囚犯，没有偷懒的权利，没有自由。家长给我约法多章：不准看电视，不准看闲书，回家马上写作业等。把我压得喘不过气来，没有自由，何谈快乐?心里暗暗鼓励自己，努力吧，奋斗吧，黑暗过后是光明，熬过之后就轻松了，但这种日子能持续多久。

我曾为自己的自由而困惑，也为目标而不懈地奋斗，因自由与快乐，就像一张网把我深深的包住，让我永远逃不掉，既然逃不掉就要去战胜它。现在我明白忙中作乐，珍惜时间。每个人都会经历大大小小的考试，每个人都有受到限制的时候，当接到那振奋人心的消息的时候，所以我们都是快乐并痛苦着。

我的一片天空，是广阔的，是自由的，里面充满了欢声笑语，里面有目标，有理想，有快乐，也有烦恼。只有这样经历风雨的我们才能真正成长。

大学的我们渴望收获才华，学富五车。我们渴望搏击信息大潮，收获才能，引领IT走向。胡适先生说过：“学问是铸器的工具，放弃了学问，便摧毁了自己。”然而，我们校园中出现有背于学校主流文化的现象，却不由得让我们重新进行了思考。我们的学生是否还怀有拼搏、收获的心，对待生活。

在课堂上沉浸在电脑世界、手机世界里的同学们，我们是否想过我们每天收获了什么?

在校园的幽僻处，总有几个‘人约黄昏后’，动情处他们竟会旁若无人。我们那样就不觉得惭愧吗?

此外，在宿舍里的‘腾云驾雾’，‘快活似神仙’，考场中的照抄作弊，熄灯后的大呼小叫。作为中跨世纪新一代青年就是我们这样吗?

我们可知道这样做对自己、对同学、对学校有多大的影响。断送了自己的学业，剥夺了同学学习的机会，影响了学校的学风建设。现在的社会是一个竞争的社会，没有过硬的本领，没有丰富的知识，是无法在社会上立足的。

生活腐化，追求时尚，崇尚名牌。玩物丧志，沉溺于网络世界。理性侏儒，缺乏判断能力和审美能力。学术精神的失落，道德低下，行为放荡，缺乏信仰，缺乏毅力，缺乏进去精神和承受力。如果您是老板，您会选择我们这样的员工吗?

同学们，醒醒吧!是该醒的时候了。不要被习惯所掩盖，被时间所迷惑，被惰性所消磨。让我们问问自己，我们对得起含辛茹苦的父母吗?如果父母知道我们在学校中的表现，父母是多么的伤心。同学们让我们拿起笔算一算四年我们需要花费多少钱，我们是否对的得起父母为我们付出的一切。

大家好!我今天演讲的主题是“感恩，是我们人类最美好的品质”。 俗话说得好，男儿膝下有黄金。可是每一年，我都要在同一地点下跪。为何呢?每一年的清明，一个坟墓前，我们全家人都行三跪九叩之礼。因为坟墓里面住着我的爷爷。

鲜花感恩雨露，因为雨露滋润它成长;苍鹰感恩长空，因为长空让它飞翔;高山感恩大地，因为大地让它高耸。我们感恩父母，因为父母把我们带到这个世界，含辛茹苦地把我们养大成人，给了我们一个温馨的家。

先给大家说一个我自己的故事吧。一次，我爸爸开摩托车载着我出门。途中突然下起了大雨，幸好的是我们有一件单人的雨衣。我只有压低头，伏在我爸爸的背上。我无意中看到雨水从我爸爸的发白的头发上滴落。我的心顿时很温暖，甚至温暖到有点想哭。父母给我们的恩情，我们难以报答。在父母进门后，我们送上一双拖鞋;在父母下班之后，我们给他们捶捶背;在和父母讲完电话之前，我们提醒他们要注意身体。感恩不需要多么华丽，多一句问候，多一点关心，就可以让我们的父母的心温暖好几天。

再来看看我们的社会。比如某某地方发生自然灾害了，就会有很多慈善活动，为灾区筹款，为灾区的人们送上一份温暖。其实慈善，也是感恩的另一种方式。比尔和梅琳达·盖茨基金会是由比尔·盖茨与梅琳达·盖茨夫妇资助的、全球最大的慈善基金会。该基金会主要在以下几方面提供援助：全球人的健康，教育，图书馆，美国西北部的建设等等。而且比尔盖茨在退出微软的时候把580亿美元个人财产尽数捐到比尔与美琳达·盖茨基金会。当然，我们的慈善活动没那么惊天动地。我们可以向需要帮助的人捐助钱财，衣物，默默为他们祈祷祝福。可是，对于那些披着慈善的外表，对筹款中饱私囊的组织，我们坚决抵制。我们可以得出这么一个结论：任何不以感恩为目的的慈善活动都是耍流氓!

假如今个学期你不小心旷了几次课，被老师记录下来了。结果最后考核没过，要重考。再一个不小心，重考也没过，要清考。是老师记录你旷课才导致你这门课程没有通过。你是不是不需要感恩于他呢?其实不然，我们更应该感恩那些曾经伤害过我们的人，因为他磨练了我们的意志;感恩那些曾经欺骗我们的人，因为他增进了我们的见识;感恩那些曾经斥责我们的人，因为他强化了我的能力。所以，你应该对这位老师心存感激之意，因为他在警醒你：不要再旷课了!

滴水之恩，就应涌泉相报。感恩是我们人类最美好的品质，我们要学会感恩。常怀一颗感恩之心，不要时刻想着回报，我们会更加阔达，这个世界会更加充满爱。

电视剧《亮剑》中的主人公李云龙曾说过：“面对强大的对手，明知不敌，也要毅然亮剑。即使倒下，也要成为一座山，一道岭。”正是凭着这股不畏强敌敢于亮剑的精神，他们一次又一次地战胜了装备精良的强敌。在发展社会主义市场经济的大潮中，要维护市场的公平正义，要构建和谐的工商，红盾卫士仍然需要这种敢于亮剑的精神。

亮剑就要有剑胆。和谐工商不是一团和气，作老好人，对尖锐的矛盾、激烈的冲突视而不见;和谐工商也不是一帆风顺、一马平川。君不见，直面惊涛拍岸的商海大潮，那极不和谐的调子不时在你身边敲打吗?商业贿赂、欺行霸市、假冒伪劣，短斤少两，坑蒙拐骗……这一切，不都在向我们昭示红色盾牌的使命吗?维护国家尊严，确保市场繁荣，市场监管是我们工商人永恒的主旋律!

不亮剑等于虚设，不亮剑等于渎职，不亮剑等于残疾!作为一名工商人，我们“红盾”的利剑要毫不留情地刺向扰乱经济秩序的黑暗角落。“亮剑”中我们是会得罪一些人，也会受到五花八门的威胁、恐吓，甚至有着暗藏杀机的较量。但我们始终以大无畏的气魄去面对工作中的各种困难和威胁，这就是亮剑精神的剑胆。发扬“逢敌必亮剑，剑锋所指，所向披靡”，敢打硬仗、能打胜仗、屡破强敌、所向无敌的亮剑精神，真正做到“情为民所系，权为民所用，利为民所谋”，才能在监管社会主义市场经济中尽职尽心，才能在构建和谐工商的进程中大显身手。

亮剑就要精剑道。亮剑不但要有胆量，还要有过硬的本领。本领硬、底气足，才是必胜的法宝。作为一个工商人，仅有热情和勇气是不够的，更应具备广博的知识和多方面的才能。随着市场经济的发展，经济违法的手法越来越隐蔽，案情也越来越复杂，执法程序也日益规范化，这对我们工商人能力素质的要求越来越高。以前“一说二吓三罚款”粗糙的行政执法手段将一去不返。

“剑出有名，依据是法律;剑出有路，要有程序和招术;剑出有效，要达到预期的社会效果”。亮剑精神是一种智慧的艺术，我们在经检办案过程中应当学会剑“亮”在何处，剑怎么“亮”，做到断然出手，一击必中!我们工商人要把亮剑精神贯穿于不断的学习中，提高自身的业务素质和执法艺术水平。只有精于剑道，才能使自己真正成为执法工作中的行家里手;只有精于剑道，才能在构建和谐工商的重任下游刃有余。

亮剑就要扬剑威。威从何来?工商人的威信应当来自为民为国依法行政的自豪感;来自公开透明、廉正生威的执法理念;来自执行法律法规规定，遵循办案程序，严守办案纪律的阳光办案;来自紧要关头，危难时刻，勇于负重，挺身而出。刚直不阿、客观公正、临危不惧，面对失误不推诿、敢于承担责任，只有这样，工商人才能在社会主义市场经济监管中，树立起行政执法监管的权威，才能经受得起社会各界的监督，才能在构建和谐工商的工作中得到人民群众的热烈拥护。

亮剑更要讲剑义。严格执法是我们的职能和职责所在，但法与义并非水火不容。在构建和谐工商的工作中，努力达到人性化执法与严格执法的有机统一，是我们工商人共同的目标。“群众利益无小事”，维护业户和消费者权益是我们时刻放在心上的大事。

我们的行政执法要提倡剑胆琴心。“琴心是职业操守，琴心要以人为本，琴心要文明执法”。正确处理严格执法与热情服务的关系，打造和谐执法氛围，以服务市场主体和创造良好发展环境为目标，进一步优化工作职能，维护、发展、实现好各类市场主体和消费者的利益。加强队伍建设，创新监管机制，打造诚信工商，转变工作态度，树立文明执法形象。

the cynics say the college students are the pampered lost generation, which would cringe at the slightest discomfort. but the cynics are wrong. the college students i see are eagerly learning about how to live independently. we help each other clean the dormitory, go shopping and bargain together, and take part time jobs to supplement our pocket money.

the cynics say we care for nothing other than grades; and we neglect the need for character cultivation. but again, the cynics are wrong. we care deeply for each other, we cherish freedom, we treasure justice, and we seek truth. last week, thousands of my fellow students had their blood type tested in order to make a contribution for the children who suffer from blood cancer.

as college students, we are adolescents at the critical turning point in our lives. we all face a fundamental choice: cynicism or faith, each will profoundly impact our future, or even the future of our country. i believe in all my fellow classmates. though we are still inexperienced and even a little bit childish. i believe that we have the courage and faith to meet any challenge and take on our responsibilities. we are preparing to assume new responsibilities and tasks, and to use the education we have received to make our world a better place. i believein our future.

当你不厌其烦地拾起细碎的石块日积月累构筑起来了的却是高耸的城堡，只有站在城堡俯瞰脚下的壮美景色时，你才会体味到这些小事的重要。正所谓，细微之处见精神，人人都应从小事做起。

小事不能小看，细节方显魅力。以认真的态度做好工作岗位上的每一件小事，只有小事做好了，才能在平凡的岗位上创造出最大价值。“以管窥豹，可见一斑”。我们往往可以从生活中的一些微不足道的小事洞察秋毫，从而感悟到一个人的内在精神。
